Nothing fresh to report tomorrow 1st July we are being relieved from trenches by 9th Battn

The enemy fired at our trenches but with the exception of our machine guns, we did very little firing – On Tuesday night 29 + Wednesday 30th the enemy fired wildly at our trenches in the darkness – whilst a thunder storm was passing over but did no damage.
